To-The-Trade Terms & Conditions

This Agreement reserves the right to set forth the Terms & Conditions for membership in The Brumby Chair Company To-The-Trade Program. The Brumby Chair Company may change the To-The-Trade Program or these Terms & Conditions without notice. The Brumby Chair Company will post such changes online. Any changed Terms & Conditions are effective immediately once posted online. Continued use of membership constitutes agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions.

Trade Discount

The trade discount is accepted via phone @ 770-425-1875 or at our showroom location in Marietta, Georgia. Discount cannot be combined with any other coupons, and does not apply to shipping, customization and processing fees or taxes. The trade discount is not redeemable for cash. The Brumby Chair Company reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted online as changed Terms & Conditions, discussed in preceding paragraph. Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by emailing


Program available to US-based* architects, interior decorators, commercial design firms and home design professionals only.


To qualify, please complete the online form. Before approval, you will be required to submit proof of the following:

  • Interior Design Certification identification number (e.g., NCID or CCIDC)
  • Resale or Sales Tax Certificate number
  • Copy of business card with your design profession

Please send scanned copies of the three required documents to with the name of the applicant listed in the subject line of the email. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion.


Membership is not transferable, and is offered to individuals only. If your firm has multiple designers, each must individually apply for membership. Misuse of membership may result in immediate termination from the program. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of trade discount for personal purchases; resale of merchandise purchased using trade discount through any retail or auction site or store; reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return; sharing trade discount with others; and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with membership application.
